Let us create memorable photos for you using this simple process..

1. Attach your photo to an email that is directed to treasuretreasure.art@gmail.com. We can accept practically every type of file, but the file formats that work best

are JPG, PSD, and TIF.

2. In your email, please explain the type of services that you would like performed
on your photos (i.e. “What you would like done to your photo”), as well as a contact email or phone number so that we might contact you with any questions.



 

NOTE: We are extremely flexible with the types of photos

that we can fix, but your photo will need to be high quality or high resolution. (UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNNOT ACCEPT ANY PHOTOS GRABBED FROM FACEBOOK.) We ask that all scanned photos at done at a minimum of 200dpi.

 

 

If  you are unsure about whether or not your photo is high enough quality to be restored or retouched, send it to us and we will review it FREE! (Any photos that are too low in quality or resolution will rejected with an explanatory email at no charge.)

 

 

4. Once we receive your email, we will review your photo and request…and send you a confirmation email with an estimated turn-around time and price!



 

Pricing based on the amount of time & work that is required for each photo:

​​Minimum Complexity- $20​

Low Complexity- $30

Medium Complexity- $40​

Difficult Time/Complexity- $45
Maximum Time/Complexity- $50

 



5. On the specified date, you will receive a low-resolution “digital proof” your final photo before we charge you for our services. If you don't like it or would like additional work done to it, just let us know. We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their final photos.

6. After you send us your FINAL APPROVAL for your photo, we will charge you for our services via electronic invoice and send you the FINAL HIGH RESOLUTION, HIGH QUALITY photo file.

How It Works...
